Depending on a few factors, the build process can take from 5-8 months. Certain factors like contractor availability, materials, and permitting can move the timeline. We do our best to stay within the timeframe and communicate any delays with you.
You will primarily be working with Alex Perepechkin. He is the owner of Wise Choice Custom Homes.
We offer standard warranties similar to other builders.
